Subject to these terms, Notiva grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Medical Event Recorder on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

All data you enter into Medical Event Recorder is stored locally on your device. Notiva does not collect, access, or transmit your personal or health data. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you record and for securing your device.

Exported CSV files are under your full control. Notiva is not responsible for how you store, share, or use exported data.

7. Intellectual Property

Medical Event Recorder, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Notiva and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Notiva does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notiva's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Notiva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
